Atty. Rainier Mamañgun is one of the Founding Partners of LMJA, and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2000.
Prior to founding LJMA, Mr. Mamañgun was a lawyer at the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines, where he worked on labor, civil and criminal actions involving migrant workers and overseas Filipinos in distress. He spearheaded various legal missions abroad, including Malaysia, Indonesia, East Timor, Nepal, India and Saudi Arabia. His work involved diplomatic representations with foreign governments as well as appearances before foreign courts, where he was instrumental in the rescue of human trafficking victims, and the release of Filipinos on death row abroad.
He is a member of the ASOCIACIÓN EUROPEA DE ABOGADOS (AEA Association of European Lawyers)
