We come in to help our clients in creating and advising on securities, including mortgages, charges, debentures, loan agreements for banks, microfinance Institutions and lending companies, transfer of property and real estate rights’ transactions, long term leases for developments and sectional property transactions among others. We are involved in project finance transactions advising on matters related to project structuring and development, financing, government regulation, construction and other contractual issues. We represent individuals, commercial banks, sponsors and developers on every type of transaction and with extensive experience on project completion, we are able to structure, negotiate and document the full array of project and financing agreements to suit the client’s needs.
We deal with clients’ delicate family matters with the sensitivity they deserve. A well structured succession plan is advisable because it preserves family wealth, avoids unnecessary taxes, family feuds and chaos upon death, incapacitation or retirement. Our firm provides astute legal advice on succession and estate planning, divorce and separation, child adoption, child support and custody, trust and administration of estates.
