
Teresa Budiño

Teresa holds a degree in Law from the University of Seville (2006), a Master's in Business and Maritime Law (2007) and an Executive Master's in Business Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues in collaboration with Harvard University (2008).
She commenced her professional career with an internship at the Spanish Embassy in London, representing Spain before the International Maritime Organization. She commenced her professional career as a lawyer at Garrigues Abogados y Asesores Tributarios, S.L.P., in the Maritime, Transport and International Trade department.
In 2013, she joined Seguridad en la Gestión, S.L., where she specialised in legal defence in all types of lawsuits, particularly those concerning payment, construction defects and liability of company directors.
From February 2019 until the end of 2022, she assumed the role of Executive Manager at Moreana Abogados, where she spearheaded the growth of the Corporate Law Department.
She is currently the managing partner of Necker Abogados. Her professional practice encompasses a range of areas, including commercial law (providing legal and strategic counsel to businesses), maritime and international law, civil law, and insolvency law. She also serves as an insolvency administrator in this field.
