Our Family Advocates offer advice and representation in relation to all matters including Parental Responsibility, residence, contact, prohibited steps, specific issues, Domestic Violence Injunctions, child maintenance, relocation of children and adoptions.

We regularly represent clients in the Magistrate’s Court, in child care proceedings in the Juvenile Court, and in cases before the Child Youth and Community Tribunal.

We can assist with a range of other civil matters including landlord and tenant, evictions, debt cases, change of name by Deed Poll and representation before the Mental Health Review Tribunal.

Our experienced employment law specialists provide tailored legal assistance to both employers and employees. We offer expert advice on workplace issues, as well as comprehensive support in drafting employment contracts, employee handbooks, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Our Advocates can offer assistance and advice throughout the criminal justice process, beginning at the police station. We represent clients in all courts on the island including Juvenile Court, Magistrate’s Court, Royal Court, and the Court of Appeal. We advise in relation to drug trafficking proceedings.
