Dr. Maria Schlueter

Dr. Maria is Managing Partner of SILQ Royal. She has over a decade of expertise in civil, commercial, and corporate law, gained through roles as an in-house lawyer and consultant. Her career began with a prominent Russian oil company, and she later advanced to a Senior Lawyer position in a multinational production company. Her work spans commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), due diligence, environmental law compliance, corporate document drafting, regulatory analysis, trademark protection, and advertising law. She holds a law degree with honors from Moscow State University (MGU) in Russia and a Ph.D. Beyond practicing law, she engages in scientific research and legal education.
