She has represented Samoa in major international negotiations, contributed to key national reforms, pioneered legal divisions and developed foundational legal frameworks still used across Government today.
Fluent in Samoan and English, Constance is meticulous, persistent and collaborative - delivering high standards while mentoring others. She is passionate about sustainable development in the Blue Pacific and community service.
