The co-managing partner of the Firm, Mr. İbrahim Yamakoğlu worked for many years as a partner in a globally well-known international law firm located in Istanbul.
Mr. Yamakoğlu specializes in commercial and corporate law and commercial litigation. In addition, he has great expertise in maritime law, agency contracts, distribution contracts, franchise contracts and similar commercial contracts.
He provides legal consultancy services to local and international companies mainly in sectors of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, animal health, consumer products, cosmetics and retails for all their regulatory and industry specific matters as well as general legal matters.
He achieved LL.M. degree from the London School of Economics in 2005 and LL.B. degree from Marmara University in 2002.
He is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association since 2004.
