I wish to ask if it's legal for a company to use my company to fill quotations without my consent.

This is where one company is given 3 or more quotations to fill them and then uses other companies to fill the quotations without their consent. It also has made stamps with various company names. It's something that has been going on for a while and I don't like it. Kindly advise
