The minimum required share capital for a SARL is EUR 12,000, which must be deposited in a bank account opened in the name of the company. The articles of association must be notarized, requiring the involvement of a notary. The share capital must be paid in at the time of the company’s incorporation.

On average, the incorporation process takes one to two months, in addition to obtaining a business permit from the Luxembourg Ministry of the Economy.
