Hello, I named the property to my brother with an agreement na i transfer to me when I need it. To make the story short dumating sa litigation and I won the case at natransfer na ang title sa aking pangalan. The problem is sinangla ng brother ko ang bahay ng 200k at yong nakatira sa bahay ayaw ng umalis kung hindi ko siya bayaran ng 200k. May question is the litigation started Dec. 30 2010 at pina annote sa RD A Notice of Lis Pendens ng aking lawyer with the same date. But my brother had contract to the occupants to stay in my house dated Oct.10 2013 I dont have plan to pay him back, I just want to eject him/them in my property. At hindi siya due deligence about the property.
