I've been trying to try taking loan with the big amount like 85000. But they ask me to give 8500 for security so I did pay.

Fraud/Scam but there's an error with my details I was supposed to put an E-wallet instead of my Bank so it failed. The company told me that my loan account is being frozen together with my 8500. Now to unfreeze it, they ask for an additional 15k in order to continue the loan. I don't have any money for it now because all I got is the money from my family. They told me that I was gonna be responsible for that big money got frozen. I'm scared right now. I don't know what to do, I don't know where to go. Please help me.
