I currently have all my business contracts in English, is it necessary to have these translated into Thai? Can you tell me which ones I should prioritise?

This is not required in general. However, it should be noted that a Thai translation of the contract must be provided for legal matters or legal cases that are put to a Thai court. Also, some specific documents or contracts must be available in the Thai language, such as contracts registered with the government or working rules and employee records of a company.
