11. Legal advice of foreign investors for the opening of branches, representative offices, companies in order to invest in the Republic of Albania, as well as advising Albanian investors to invest, build trade relations abroad.

12. Advising and following the procedures for issuing permits, licenses, etc., for exercising commercial activities;

13. Advice in the field of copyright, registration of trademarks and patents at the relevant institutions, etc. Legal assistance for the establishment of non-profit organization, through counseling, drafting of necessary acts, representation in court, other institutions, etc.
