Dr. Alberto Miranda is a Peru-qualified lawyer and Founding Partner of Alberto Miranda Abogados, based in Lima, Peru. His professional practice focuses on private international law, family law, and cross-border civil proceedings involving Peru.
He advises and represents Peruvians living abroad and foreign nationals requiring legal assistance in Peru, including matters related to divorce proceedings, marriage by proxy, inheritance, succession and wills, consular and notarized powers of attorney, and the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments in Peru (exequatur).
