I want to file cyber estafa how much does it cost to hire an atty?

I believe I am a victim of cyberstafa. This happened sometime in 2022. I had sent goods and I was informed that the payment had been wired to my bank account. Since I had done transactions with her before I had trusted her. When I checked the fund was not deposited in my bank account. I have given her plenty of time to settle the balance. But now, she is not communicating with me. I have sent a demand letter to her. Her sister did talk to me and send me some payment however the balance is still high. and I have a message from her sister that sounds like she doesn't want to pay the balance. Now, her sister is not paying what she promised. and I wanted to file estafa since I would have not sent her the product if she had not told me that the payment was deposited on the same day.
