good day , sir/mam i need po advice about my sister ,she is married a swiss man ,then she left her husband here in cebu city , my sister now in switzerland she have another swiss man, it is possible  for my sister to make a transaction  
to buy property from another swiss man even though she does not have a divorce or annulment here in philippines ,
