⇒ The Ministry of Justice grants the nationality by naturalization, with exemption from the requirements set forth in paragraphs b) and c) of number 1 of article 6.º of the Nationality Law, i.e., it is not necessary to legally reside in Portugal territory for more than 6 years, and the knowledge of the Portuguese language.
