Av. Edmond Hyka

🇬🇧 Edmond Hyka was born on 21.06.1966 in Durrës. He graduated from the University of Tirana in the Faculty of Political and Legal Sciences, law branch, in 1983. From December 1983 to December 1993, he worked as an investigator at the investigators of Fier-Tirana-Durrës districts. On January 1, 1993, he was appointed head of the Durrës judicial district prosecutor’s office until February 1996. From 1996 to 1999, he was appointed prosecutor at the Durrës Judicial district prosecutor’s office. From 2000 to 2005, he worked as a lawyer. In May 2005, he was appointed prosecutor at the Durrës Appeals Prosecutor’s Office and from July 2006 to April 2022 he worked as a prosecutor at the Tirana Appeals Prosecutor’s Office.

In 2011, he graduated from Justiniani I University with a second-level master’s degree in Criminal Law

🇮🇹 Edmond Hyka è nato il 21.06.1966 a Durazzo. Si è laureato presso l'Università di Tirana, Facoltà di Scienze Politiche e Giuridiche, indirizzo giuridico, nel 1983. Dal dicembre 1983 al dicembre 1993, ha lavorato come investigatore presso gli inquirenti dei distretti di Fier-Tirana-Durazzo. Il 1° gennaio 1993, è stato nominato capo della Procura distrettuale giudiziaria di Durazzo fino al febbraio 1996. Dal 1996 al 1999, è stato nominato procuratore presso la Procura distrettuale giudiziaria di Durazzo. Dal 2000 al 2005, ha lavorato come avvocato. Nel maggio 2005 è stato nominato procuratore presso la Procura d'Appello di Durazzo e da luglio 2006 ad aprile 2022 ha lavorato come procuratore presso la Procura d'Appello di Tirana. Nel 2011 si è laureato presso l'Università Justiniani I con un master di secondo livello in Diritto Penale.
