A case has been filed against me for a crime I did not committ

Hello A case has been filed against me apparently for a crime I did not committ. The person who filed the case doesn't know my name or any of my personal etc. but with all the cctv around businesses, boranguys etc I'm paranoid of being seen by a Barangay captain, police etc. It's now intimidating for me to go out into the public in fear of being arrested for a false allegations. What would it cost me to see if a case has actually been filed against myself and if there is a case against me from a photos only what is your legal advice. I'm a foreigner here in the Philippines so I am not familiar with the Philippine laws
