Dr. Saad Bin Shaya

Dr. Al-Qahtani is a Saudi national, born in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in law from King Abdelaziz University in Jeddah, followed by master’s degree and PhD from Naif Arab University for Security Sciences (NAUSS). After graduating, he worked as law lecturer for more than 25 years and then when he resigned in 2015, he decided to incorporate what he has been teaching practically to the field of law by establishing his own law firm in Dammam and since 2018 there has been very strong association with ALROBAYE law firm. Before establishing his own practice in 2015, he worked for both government and private sector.  Dr. Saad is very experienced with Saudi Courts and competent in pleading in front of all Courts and Committees. As the senior litigator of the firm, Dr. Al-Qahtani assumes personal responsibility for directing the actions of the firm’s clients through the court systems in Saudi Arabia.
