Construction Law
Construction law is an area of law that relates to matters such as infrastructure, housing, planning permission, and engineering. Since construction and architecture works need to follow a number of regulations, construction law is a very diverse area covering a range of legal issues. It can be divided into two main categories: non-contentious and contentious.
