Why Add Case Results#
- Build credibility — Past results show potential clients you have a track record of success
- Differentiate your firm — Highlight what makes your practice stand out
- Increase conversions — People are more likely to contact a firm that can demonstrate results
Managing Case Results#
Adding a Case Result#
- Go to Profile in the sidebar
- Click on an office/branch
- Navigate to the Case Results section
- Click Add Case Result
- Fill in the details:
- Title — A brief headline for the case (e.g., "Secured $2M Settlement in Workplace Injury Case")
- Description — Details about the case, the challenge, and the outcome
- Click Save
Editing a Case Result#
- Click on the case result you want to update
- Make your changes
- Click Save
Reordering Case Results#
- Use drag and drop to arrange your case results
- The order is saved automatically
Place your most impressive or relevant results first.
Deleting a Case Result#
- Click the Delete button on the case result
- Confirm the removal
Writing Effective Case Results#
Do:#
- Highlight the outcome — What was achieved for the client?
- Mention the challenge — What made this case difficult or notable?
- Include quantifiable results — Dollar amounts, percentages, timelines (where appropriate)
- Keep it concise — A few sentences to a short paragraph is ideal
- Use proper anonymization — Never name clients without their permission
Don't:#
- Share confidential or privileged information
- Exaggerate or misrepresent outcomes
- Include identifying details about clients without consent
- Copy case results from other firms
Multilingual Support#
Case result descriptions support multiple languages. Use the language selector while editing to add versions in different languages.
Where Case Results Appear#
Your case results are displayed on:
- Your firm profile page
- Your office/branch pages
- Individual pages within your profile
They help visitors understand your capabilities before reaching out.
