Flow CRM Integration

Lawzana Flow is a practice management platform that integrates with your Lawzana directory listing. By connecting the two, leads and messages from your directory profile are automatically synced to your Flow CRM for streamlined client intake.

Connecting Lawzana to Flow#

Setting Up the Integration#

  1. Log in to your Lawzana Flow account
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations → Lawzana Directory
  3. Generate a connection token
  4. Copy the token
  5. In your Lawzana dashboard, go to your Flow integration settings
  6. Paste the connection token and confirm

Once connected, your Lawzana dashboard shows the Flow integration status badge.

Connection Status#

Your dashboard shows the current state of the Flow integration:

Status Meaning
Active Connected and syncing
Revoked Connection removed — needs to be re-established
Error Sync issue — check error details on your dashboard

What Gets Synced#

Messages#

When a potential client sends a direct message through your Lawzana profile, it can be automatically synced to Flow as a new lead:

  • Contact name and contact details
  • Email and phone number
  • Message content
  • Practice area the inquiry relates to

Claimed Leads#

When you claim a lead in your Lawzana inbox, it can be pushed to Flow:

  • Lead details and contact information
  • Practice area and location
  • Inquiry message
  • Urgency and budget information

Sync Modes#

You can configure how syncing works for each type:

Mode Description
Automatic New messages and claimed leads are synced to Flow immediately
Manual You choose which items to sync using the sync button in your inbox

Manual Syncing#

When in manual mode:

  1. Open a lead or message in your inbox
  2. Click the Sync to Flow button
  3. The item is pushed to your Flow CRM
  4. The sync status badge updates to show it's synced

Unsyncing#

If an item was synced by mistake:

  1. Open the synced item in your inbox
  2. Click the Unsync option
  3. The sync link is removed
Note
Unsyncing removes the link between the Lawzana item and the Flow record. It does not delete the record from Flow.

Sync Status Indicators#

Each inbox item shows its Flow sync status:

  • Not synced — No badge; item exists only in Lawzana
  • Synced — Badge showing the item has been pushed to Flow
  • Error — Badge indicating a sync failure; check error details

Disconnecting#

To disconnect the integration:

  1. Go to your Flow integration settings in Flow or Lawzana
  2. Click Revoke Connection
  3. Confirm

Once disconnected, no new items will sync. Previously synced items remain in Flow.

Troubleshooting#

Sync failed for a specific item: Try syncing again. If the error persists, check that your Flow account is active and the connection is still valid.

Connection shows as "Error": The integration may need to be re-established. Revoke the connection and set it up again with a new token.

Items not syncing automatically: Check that your sync mode is set to "Automatic" rather than "Manual" in your integration settings.
