Team and Associates

Showcase your lawyers and staff on your Lawzana profile. Adding team members helps potential clients see who they'll be working with and builds trust in your firm.

Viewing Your Team#

  1. Go to Profile in the sidebar
  2. Click on an office/branch
  3. Navigate to the Associates section

You'll see all team members listed at that office, with their name, title, and photo.

Adding a Team Member#

  1. Open an office from your profile
  2. Go to the Associates section
  3. Click Add Associate
  4. Fill in the team member's details:
    • Name — Full name of the team member
    • Title — Their role or position (e.g., "Partner", "Senior Associate", "Of Counsel")
    • Description — A bio or summary of their expertise and background
  5. Click Save

Uploading a Photo#

After creating a team member:

  1. Click on the associate's photo placeholder
  2. Upload a professional headshot
  3. The photo will be displayed on your firm profile and the associate's individual page
Tip
Professional headshots significantly increase trust. Use a clean, well-lit photo with a neutral background.

Editing a Team Member#

  1. Click on the team member you want to edit
  2. Update their name, title, description, or photo
  3. Click Save

Multilingual Bios#

Team member descriptions support multiple languages:

  1. While editing, use the language selector
  2. Enter the bio in the selected language
  3. Save for each language

Reordering Team Members#

To change the display order of your team:

  1. Use drag and drop to reorder team members within the associates section
  2. The order is saved automatically
Tip
Consider listing partners and senior lawyers first to make a strong first impression.

Removing a Team Member#

  1. Open the team member's details
  2. Click Delete
  3. Confirm the removal

This removes them from the office listing and their individual profile page.

Associate Profile Pages#

Each team member gets their own page on Lawzana, accessible from your firm's office page. The URL follows this pattern:

lawzana.com/lawyer/your-firm-slug/city/associate-name-ID

This page displays:

  • The associate's name, title, and photo
  • Their description/bio
  • The firm and office they belong to
  • Practice areas available at their office

These individual pages help with search engine visibility and allow potential clients to find specific lawyers at your firm.
