Firm Profile

Your firm profile is your public presence on Lawzana. A complete, compelling profile helps you attract more clients and build trust.

Profile Overview#

Your firm profile page displays:

  • Firm name and logo
  • Background image with customizable layout
  • Description — An introduction to your firm
  • Website URL
  • Office locations — All your branch offices
  • Practice areas — Services you offer
  • Team members — Your lawyers and staff
  • Case results — Notable wins and outcomes
  • Client reviews — Ratings and feedback from past clients

Editing Your Profile#

Basic Information#

  1. Go to Profile in the sidebar
  2. Click Edit on the firm overview section
  3. Update your firm details:
    • Firm name
    • Description — A detailed introduction to your firm (supports multilingual content)
    • Website URL
  4. Click Save
  1. Hover over the logo area on your profile
  2. Click to upload a new logo
  3. Select an image file from your computer
  4. The logo is cropped and saved automatically

To remove your logo, hover over it and click the Remove option.

Tip
Use a high-quality, square logo image for the best display across the directory and search results.

Background Image#

  1. Click the background area on your profile
  2. Upload an image
  3. Choose a layout option:
    • Cover — Image fills the entire header area
    • Banner — Image displays as a horizontal banner

To remove the background, hover and click Remove.

Profile Completion Checklist#

Your dashboard shows a profile completion checklist to help you set up everything:

  • Upload a firm logo
  • Add at least one office/branch
  • Define your practice areas
  • Write your firm description

A progress bar shows your completion percentage. Completing all items qualifies you to request publishing.

Publishing Your Profile#

New firms start in Draft status. To go live:

  1. Complete all items in the profile checklist
  2. Click Request Publish on your profile page
  3. A Lawzana moderator reviews your profile
  4. Once approved, your status changes to Live

Profile Statuses#

Status Meaning
Draft New firm, not yet visible in the directory
Pending Publish request submitted, awaiting review
Live Published and visible in the directory

Multilingual Content#

Lawzana supports multiple languages for your firm's content.

Editing in Different Languages#

  1. While editing your profile, use the language selector to switch languages
  2. Enter your content in the selected language
  3. Save changes for each language separately

AI Translation Wizard#

For bulk translation of your profile content:

  1. Click the Translation Wizard button while editing
  2. Select the target languages
  3. Review the AI-generated translations
  4. Confirm to apply translations across your profile
Tip
AI translations are a great starting point, but we recommend reviewing them for accuracy, especially for legal terminology.

Verification Badge#

The verified badge signals to potential clients that your firm has been reviewed by Lawzana.

How to Request Verification#

  1. Ensure your firm is Live on the platform
  2. Go to your Dashboard
  3. Click Request Badge in the badge section
  4. Your request will be reviewed by the Lawzana team

Verification is available to firms on any plan that have a complete, active profile.
