Your Dashboard
The dashboard is your home base on Lawzana. It gives you an at-a-glance overview of your firm's activity and quick access to all features.
Dashboard Overview#
When you log in, you'll see:
Quick Stats#
A grid of key metrics showing:
- Inbox unread — Number of unread leads and messages waiting for your attention
- Review alerts — New reviews that may need a response
- Unanswered Q&A — Legal questions you can answer to increase your visibility
- Lead credit usage — A progress bar showing how many lead credits you've used this month
Membership Section#
Your current subscription plan details:
- Plan name — Your current tier (Free, Starter, Pro, or Elite)
- Renewal date — When your subscription renews
- Upgrade options — Interactive cards showing available plan upgrades and their benefits
Verified Badge#
If your firm is live and verified, you'll see your verification badge status here.
Navigation#
The left sidebar provides access to all sections:

Each section shows a badge with the number of items needing attention (e.g., unread messages, pending reviews).
Notifications#
You'll receive notifications for:
- New leads matching your practice areas and locations
- Direct messages from potential clients
- New reviews submitted for your firm
- Lead credit quota updates
Notification badges appear on the sidebar to highlight sections that need your attention.
Dashboard FAQ#
The dashboard includes a built-in FAQ section with expandable answers to common questions about using the platform. Click on any question to reveal the answer.
Mobile Access#
The dashboard is fully responsive and works on mobile devices:
- Sidebar collapses into a menu
- Content adapts to smaller screens
- Touch-friendly buttons and controls
- All features are available on mobile
