Reporting and Analytics

Track your firm's performance on Lawzana with the Reporting dashboard. Understand how potential clients find and interact with your profile to make data-driven decisions about your investment.

Accessing Reports#

  1. Go to Reporting in the sidebar
  2. Select a time period using the preset options:
    • Last 7 days
    • Last 30 days
    • Last 90 days
    • Last year

Performance Metrics#

The reporting dashboard shows six key metrics:

Metric Description
Impressions How many times your firm appeared in directory search results
Views How many times your profile page was visited
Messages Total inquiries received (leads + direct messages)
Profile Clicks Clicks to your website or contact information from your profile
Calls Phone calls tracked from your Lawzana profile
Website Visits Traffic directed to your external website from Lawzana

Charts and Breakdowns#

Timeline Chart#

A line graph showing how your metrics trend over the selected time period. Use this to identify patterns and measure the impact of profile changes or plan upgrades.

Office Breakdown#

See how each of your office locations performs:

  • Compare impressions, views, and messages across offices
  • Identify which locations drive the most activity
  • Allocate resources based on performance data

Practice Area Breakdown#

Understand which of your practice areas attract the most attention:

  • See which services generate the most impressions and inquiries
  • Focus your Q&A answers and profile content on high-performing areas
  • Consider expanding in practice areas showing strong demand

Leads Breakdown#

Detailed analytics on your lead pipeline:

  • Lead volume over time
  • Quality distribution
  • Response rates

Messages Breakdown#

Insights into your direct messaging activity:

  • Message volume trends
  • Response tracking

Improve Your Profile#

  • Low impressions? — You may need more practice areas or better keyword coverage in your description
  • High impressions but low views? — Improve your search result appearance (logo, reviews, description)
  • High views but low messages? — Add more compelling content: case results, team bios, and detailed service descriptions

Compare Time Periods#

Look at trends over different time periods to understand:

  • Seasonal patterns in legal inquiries
  • Impact of profile updates and improvements
  • Effect of plan upgrades on visibility
