Bankruptcy & Debt
Debt recovery
LEAD | Rödl & Partner offers to assist you in debt recovery procedures (order for payment procedure) until the debtor pays, either from sending payment reminders to drafting and submitting the request to the court (fogedretten eller byretten) of the competent jurisdiction and if necessary assist you in monitoring the enforcement of the collection of the debt by bailiff. We offer these services at a flat, low rate.
Our fixed rates include all legal costs (as long as the debtor does not dispute owing all or part of the claim). If the court gives you your case, it generally declares the debtor liable for part of the costs incurred to recover your claim.
We offer three price categories: 1) out-of-court collection (without legal proceedings), 2) legal proceedings, and 3) enforcement of debt collection.
Collection without legal proceedings includes sending the reminder and collection letter to the debtor.
Collection under court proceedings includes drafting and filing the petition or summons in court and attending court hearings.
Enforcement includes taking charge of the procedure for the seizure of assets with the aim of subsequently allowing a forced sale.
In addition, we offer you to administer a possible repayment agreement with the debtor.
Send us an e-mail with a brief description of your situation and the basic calculation of your request, so that we can send you an offer and start the collection procedure.
