I offer consulting in the field of insurance.

An important component of my activity in the field of insurance is the representation of the parties involved in traffic accidents, in civil and criminal proceedings, including those for the recovery of the costs of repairing the cars involved in the accident.

I have been an ADAC lawyer in Romania since 1998, successfully advising hundreds of insured persons from this position.

INTELECTUAL PROPERTY

I offer consultancy for the registration and defense of intellectual property rights, both by representation in infringement or unfair competition actions, and by assistance in transactions regarding the assignment or licensing of copyrights or invention patents. Franchise and know-how are also included in the scope of activity.

CORPORATE COMMERCIAL LAW

The aspects of the organization and operation of a commercial company represent a current activity of mine, offering in this sense permanent legal advice to various companies in the country and abroad. The successful participation in operations of mergers, divisions, acquisitions and dissolutions of commercial companies has contributed to the experience accumulated by me.

I also offer legal advice for commercial companies for all operations that can be carried out by a company, starting from the moment of its establishment and up to liquidation, assisting and representing them in relations with Romanian and foreign business partners.

Labor law is an area of ​​interest, both from the perspective of companies that act as employers, and from the perspective of employees. I provide analysis of employment contracts, personnel policies, personnel restructuring, as well as representation in labor law disputes.

CRIMINAL LAW

I assist and represent clients before criminal investigation bodies as well as in criminal law disputes, mainly in the field of commercial criminality.

DISPUTES, MEDIATION, ARBITRATION

I have been successfully representing clients for 25 years before courts, arbitration courts and in mediation procedures. The cases taken are from the most diverse fields, each being treated with maximum importance. Assistance and representation take place both before all courts and arbitration courts, it being possible to resolve disputes by concluding a mediation agreement.
