Our Law Firm represents several domestic and international investors in their real estate cases regarding commercial and residential properties, such as offices, shopping centres, hotels, rooftops, condominiums. We provide professional legal advice to real estate investment and real estate development transactions. We provide advice on the complete legal background of our clients' investment and development activities. We prepare with the sale, lease, etc. contracts and we will arrange for official licensing and administration as required.
We provide full range of legal services in relation to the establishement of Hungarian companies (primariliy of kft. and zrt.). We make the articles of association of the companies, all additional documents, do the registration at the company registry, the tax registration, the registration at the social security authorities and, if it is needed, the registration at the commerce and industry chambers. At existing companies, we participate in the transfer of corporate interests, business shares and stocks, and merger and acquisiton (M&A) of entire companies. We prepare the organisational and operational regulations of the companies.
Our office has represented a number of companies recognised in the international market in connection with debt collection. Our expertise extends to the order for payment procedure as well as the liquidation procedure. In case of contradiction, we also provide legal representation in litigation
We regularly advise our clients on various kinds of labour matters, including the preparation of executive employee and general labour contracts, drafting and/or revision of collective bargaining agreements, representation in legal disputes arising from liabilities pursuant to the employment relationship and the termination of agreements, as well as the obtaining of labour permits for foreign employees and the issuing of legal opinions on other related labour issues. Related to trade secrets we act on behalf of our clients in drafting and commenting on agreements or contractual provisions, and we are also proficient in preparing non-disclosure and non-compete statements and agreements.
We try to resolve disputes related to economic life through negotiations, by creating a reasonable compromise, keeping in mind the business interests of our clients. If this is not possible, we will enforce the legitimate interests of our clients through civil litigation before any court in the country.
